What should I do while I wait for a plumber?
If water is leaking, shut the main valve or the valve for your unit and switch off the water heater breaker. Move anything valuable away from the water. For a sewage backup, stop running water and flushing toilets.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We find the cause first and give you the price for the fix before any work starts.
Can I request service online?
Yes. Send the request form with your name, phone and what's going on, and we'll call you back to set up a time. For an active leak, calling is faster.

We repair and replace electric tank water heaters, and we install electric tankless water heaters.
How do I know if my water heater needs replacing?
Water in the pan, rust-colored hot water and a tank more than 10 years old are the usual signs. We check it and tell you whether a repair makes sense first.
